RCMP Charge Two in Windsor Pharmacy Robber

Thursday, July 29th, 2010, Windsor, NS – Two people have been charged in relation to the July 27th robbery at the Windsor Pharmasave.

Candace Burgess (34), and Michael Flynn (32), of Ellershouse, Hants County, appeared in Kentville Provincial Court on Wednesday and were remanded into custody until Thursday, July 29 when they will appear before the court again.

The two face criminal charges of Robbery with an Offensive Weapon, Possession of Stolen Property, and Using an Imitation of a Firearm in the Commission of an Offence and a single count of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.
